About Us

Compass Bible Church is a Bible believing church made up of caring and committed Christians who place their confidence in Jesus Christ.

We believe we are created for community and formed for fellowship as the family of God. We strive for developing strong relationships with God and each other. We take Christ very literally when he said,

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the greatest commandment. The Second is like it; Love your neighbor as yourself.” 

Matthew 22:37-39

We are family focused and crazy about children!
Our Worship services are relaxed and reverent and blended for all ages.
The messages are Bible-based and are relevant to our daily lives.

 

 

Core Beliefs

       Christ is the only source of salvation, significance, strength, and        security!  John 14:6, 15:4-5, 10:10 & 27-30; Phil 1:21, 4:13

       Our outlook is always optimistic!  "If God is for us who can be        against us?"  Romans 8:31-39

       Mission minded!  We seek to know Christ, grow in Him, and show        Him in all we do!  Jeremiah 9:23-24; Philippians 3:7-10; Romans        8:28-30; Matthew 5:13-16; 2 Corinthians 3:18

       People are our passion!  They will always have higher priority

       than possessions, projects, and pleasure.  1 Corinthians 13:1-3;        Ecclesiastes 1-2; Acts 2:42-47, 4:32-37

       Authenticity is always acceptable!  We encourage everyone to be        the real deal.  1 Corinthians 2:1-5, 4:1-5; 2 Corinthians 4

       Scripture is our ultimate authority for our attitudes and actions!

       Serving others well is how we succeed!  Matthew 20:20-28;
